COVID-19, BUSINESS AND MENTAL HEALTH

Most people have their mental health taking a hit and just trying to function somehow.

If you have kids your mental health is probably in the dumpster and if you have kids and used to work well let’s call it hell.

Working aside from making money gives you a sense of productivity and makes you feel good, parenting while it can give you pride and love, regularly it doesn’t make you feel accomplished particularly if your kids are younger.

Now that the world is barely starting to wake up, we need to find a way to get ourselves back up a bit. How do we do that is the question we are all asking. Even if we are working still chances are we are not doing as well, and it doesn’t help the problem. So here’s some easier said than done tips

  1. find something you can do that you enjoy better if it’s free or cheap.
  2. remove yourself from your kid’s behavior, they’re issues don’t make you bad, they make them human!
  3. remove yourself from your business, everyone is doing badly now, our economy is a wreck, chill out!

Be gracious to yourself, we’re only human.
